Shipping and returns
We ship in Italy and all other European countries by DHL courier. This shipping method has a complete tracking system.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries shall take place within 3 to 5 working days to the delivery address you specify. In case of delays you will always be informed in advance.
For any problem about the tracking, okkaido customer service firstname.lastname@example.org will make the best effort to update you on the status of your order.
An invoice/receipt, stating the value of the purchased items will accompaign the delivery. For items on sale the invoice/receipt will report discounted amounts.
We will notify to you immediately in the case of corresponding delivery problems.
However shipping costs which are incurred due to incorrect address information maybe passed on to you if the package is returned to the warehouse. In such a case you will be entitled to a refund but the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Okkaido shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages to you which result from an incorrect address.
All displayed prices include VAT and do not include delivery costs (or possible import taxes for countries outside of Europe).
We accept payment by credit card(Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order the goods can be returned for refund.
You can return an item without specification of reasons within a return period of 14days.
The return period shall begin upon receipt of the goods.
The item you return must be:- unused
- packed in the original packaging
- all labels and hangtags must be still attached to the product.
Please notify our customer service email@example.com of your intention of returning the goods and follow the instructions:
- put the item(s) and the delivery note into a package (we suggest to use the same box used for the delivery)
- send the package insured with a delivery service of your choice and at your expense to:

As soon as we receive your package and we check that the item is in the same conditions as when it was shipped to you, we will confirm you by email that your return has been accepted and we will proceed to refund the credit card with which the payment had been made.
